1. The prize draw is open to anyone in the United Kingdom (excl ROI) who enters online and the prize draw will close on 31st January 2022 if the minimum donation target of £10,000 has been reached. In the event the minimum target has not been reached by the 31st of January 2022 the competition will continue until 28th February 2022 at which time the competition will close even if the donation target has not been reached. Entries after this period will not be accepted.
2. You must be over 18 to enter.
3. Only one entry per donation accepted. Multiple donations will result in multiple entries. Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified!
4. You can also enter for free by posting your name, address and email address to Win a Campervan – Pride Of Britain Fund, One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5AP. One winner will be picked from all valid and correct entries by a random computer process and will be contacted within 14 days of the prize draw closing via email by a Reach plc employee.
5. The winner must respond to Reach plc by email to claim their prize. If winner does not respond within 7 days or if a winner rejects their prize, or their entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, then the prize shall be forfeited and Reach plc shall select another winner in accordance with the process described above. Reach plc retains the right to withdraw the prize if three potential prize winners have not responded within the allotted time frame.
6. Proof of posting/emailing is not accepted as proof of responding by prize winners. Reach plc accepts no responsibility for any communications failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to prize claims, or prize claims lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of causes outside its control.
7. All decisions are final. The prize must be accepted as awarded. is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for other prizes.
8. Reach plc accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize not specifically included in the prize.
9. By entering the prize draw, you agree to us processing your personal information for the purpose of the prize draw. The winners’ contact details will be shared with Dream Cars to arrange fulfillment of the prize. 10. Reach plc accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Reach plc prize draw and/or accepting a prize. Reach plc further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in, or downloading any materials in connection with, the Reach plc prize draw. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Reach plc for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
11. The Reach plc prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
